In 2017, I retired from teaching as a community college professor in Florida. After I retired from teaching, I worked as a licensed real estate broker, a REALTOR®, and the owner of Kelly Property Expert, Inc., until December 31, 2022, when I closed the company.
I am currently in the process of changing the way I sell real estate, and I am also working on some research reporting and writing projects. I will be posting more in the coming weeks about changes in the services I offer. So please check back later!
In addition to the extensive experience that I have working as a REALTOR® and numerous REALTOR® designations/certifications that I earned in the past, I have three masters’ degrees with a focus of study in marketing, business management, international business, and computer science. Through this experience and training, I became very proficient in research and writing. And now, I am working on several research reporting and writing projects, one of which is also making use of my real estate experience.
Personally, I have varied interests, which mostly revolve around staying as healthy and well as possible, my home, my dogs, and reading and writing. I love getting outdoors every day even if only for a little while, and I really love walking along various bodies of water (i.e. lakes, rivers, beaches).
My professional and personal life has bled into one another, because my activities in work and in my personal life have both involved doing things I enjoy. I enjoy daily activity that involves both physical and mental exertion.
